Shipping
Domestic Shipping is included with all purchases. International shipping will need a quote.

Returns
If for some reason an item needs to be returned, the customer needs to contact
Orders@americancue.com
Every effort will be made to resolve the matter in a timely fashion. If a return is in order, the item must be packaged securely and arrive back at American Cue in the condition it was originally shipped at which time a refund will be issued. There are no returns for acquired pieces that are special ordered.

Refunds, Returns, Credits and Return of Deposits
When a refund is issued for a returned item, it will be in the form of a Credit minus any credit card processing charges, shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

 

Warranty on Materials and Craftsmanship
These issues are covered by the individual makers and as such American Cue acts as a Purveyor for these makers and their products and does not warranty them directly. If a situation arises with a cue that American Cue has purchased directly from a maker, American Cue will make every effort to resolve the matter in a timely fashion working with both Customer and Maker.
